Delivery and Return Terms

Delivery Terms:

• Products will be shipped from Turkey via cargo to the address specified by the Buyer.
• Delivery time is estimated to be [number] days depending on the destination.
• All products are personalized and prepared specifically for the Buyer.

Return Policy:

• Due to the personalized nature of the products and unless there is a manufacturing defect, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.
• If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, the product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and accessories, if any.
• The Seller will examine the returned product and if the defect is confirmed, the Buyer will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
